Skylar Jemma Makeup Artistry is a small privately owned business in the beauty industry that supplies customers with makeup services, lessons and entertainment in the form of blogs and videos.
SECTION 3: SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
The products and services described in this site are only available to approved applicants and are bound by the laws of South Africa. Makeup Services are to restricted to Gauteng, South Africa, unless travel fees are paid by the client. Travel fees may apply to areas outside of a 20km radius to Fourways, Johannesburg.
SECTION 4: SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY
Subject to availability of the artist and reciept of payment. Payments and Deposits vary between services and will be outlined when booking of service and/or on formal quotation of service.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
Cancellations and refunds vary between services and will be outlined when booking of service and/or on formal quotation of service.
SECTION 6: CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
Skylar Jemma Makeup Artistry shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. All personal information shared when booking a service and during a service will be kept confidential. Please view our website privacy policy.
Payment Options
Payment for services will be arranged directly with Skylar Holtshausen, the director at Skylar Jemma Makeup Artistry, via email. Only EFT or cash payments will be accepted, prior and/or on the date of the makeup service. EFT payment details will be provided on booking of service/accepting of formal quotation.
SECTION 8: COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Skylar Jemma Makeup Artistry chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
